Young Thug definitely had folks talking about his new mix tape, but not in a good way.  Last night, before dropping No, My Name Is JEFFERY, Thugger Thugger released the artwork and track list, and folks began to drag him … and his blue ruffle dress.

For the cover, he strikes a fierce pose in a baby blue, floor-length, ruffled dress designed by Italian designer Alessandro Trincone, from his “Annodami” collection. He topped the look off with a wide-brimmed accordion hat that covered his face.

But while the garment is beautiful, folks couldn’t help but compare it to everything from a Mortal Kombat character, to a carwash, to Celie from The Color Purple.

During his mixtape release party last night, Young Thug said it took over an hour to get the dress on, and he had to push the mixtape back because he didn’t like the initial artwork. He also said he named the songs after each one of his idols. Yes, one of them is Harambe … the gorilla.

That’s what’s wrong with ignorant thinking people, it’s art! What is this world coming to that instead of seeing the beauty all you can see is something to be negative! So Sad!!
