Rob Kardashian is finally telling all.
The reality star, who went into hiding several years ago due to depression and his struggle with weight gain, is getting candid with People about dark times, falling in love with fiancée Blac Chyna and preparing to be a first time father.
Sometimes it takes one person to motivate someone to turn their lives around and for Rob, that was Blac. “She got me through my darkest times. I wasn’t happy in my own skin. I missed out on so many things.”
And although the duo’s romance might be new to the world, Rob reveals he’s been crushing on Chyna for years. “I’ve been friends with Chyna for a long time,” he says. “From the moment we met, I knew I wanted to be more than friends. She was someone I reached out to for advice. She would cook for me and we’d just talk. She’s surrounded me with a lot of positivity.”
Kardashian continues, “Chyna definitely motivates me. Being with her got me over the insecurity of being out in public. We just want to live our lives the way we want to. There were definitely dark days for me, and I’m still not fully happy looking at myself in the mirror. But I’m working towards that. And I’m happy.”
When it comes to Chyna’s feelings for Rob, the realty star admits, “I saw Rob was willing to better himself. I had never wanted to be tough. I never wanted to change him.”
The couple, who is gearing up for the premiere of their new reality show, Rob & Chyna, both grace the cover of People’s new issue out Friday. On the front page, Rob is dapper in a black blazer while his bride-to-be glows in a white gown. In the image, Rob holds Chyna’s growing baby bump.
Watch: Julia Roberts And Owen Wilson Give Advice To Their 10-Year-Old Selves
To say Wonder is a must see movie is an understatement! Not only will the film touch you and inspire you to be a better person, it will also entertain you from start to finish.
But don’t take our word for it. HipHollywood sat down with the film’s stars Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson who shared their excitement to bring this heartwarming story to life and how they channeled their real-life parenting skills into the role.
“I think we felt a responsibility to be authentically parents and authentically parents to these two kids, said the 50 year old mother of three. “And I think that’s why you really believe these four people are family and are really having this experience together.”
In the film based on the NY times best seller, Roberts and Wilson play the parents of a teenage daughter (Izabela Vidovic) and 10-year-old boy (Jacob Tremblay) with facial differences entering mainstream elementary school for the first time.
When asked if they had any advice for their ten year old selves, Roberts said: “I have a ten year old son and I tell him to run.”
Meanwhile Wilson says he remembers 5th grade vividly, and enjoyed having his brother Andrew Wilson at the same school to protect him. “It helped so much having an older brother who was already at the school, so that would be the advice I’d give, have a cool older brother.”
Wonder hits theaters November 17, just one day before Wilson’s 49th birthday.
