The level of petty in Oklahoma has no limits. Fans frustrated with Kevin Durant for ditching their NBA franchise have looked to right the small forward’s wrong by renaming the state’s town of Durant, Oklahoma, to Westbrook, Oklahoma.

Westbrook, of course, is the last name of the Thunder point guard that opted to resign with the team instead of hightailing it out of town to form a super alliance elsewhere.

Ryan Nazari has filed a petition on that already has the support of 2,229 people.

“Ladies and gentlemen, the great state of Oklahoma has been betrayed. As many of you know, Kevin Durant has left our state, torn out our hearts, and left our beloved Oklahoma City Thunder in depleted shape. All of this after even being offered a cabinet position for the State of Oklahoma. It is because of this heinous action that I believe the State of Oklahoma has a responsibility to change the name of the City of Durant to Westbrook, the man who is loyal, whom we believe in, and who will lead our team to glory. Yes, it is understood that the city Durant was not named after the evil Kevin Durant, but it is just another hideous reminder of what happened to our community. Support the Cause. #WestbrookOK”

According to a source, Harry believes his marriage to Meghan will last forever and there’s no reason to safeguard his £30 million fortune. “There was never any question in Harry’s mind that he would sign a prenup,” one of his “friends” told DailyMail. “He’s determined that his marriage will be a lasting one, so there’s no need for him to sign anything.”

Awww, that’s beautiful … but the gag is, even if Markle signed a prenup it wouldn’t mean much. Unfortunately, prenups are not legally enforceable in the UK. However, they are increasingly taken into account during divorce cases, so at least there’s that.

Also, Prince Harry isn’t the first to take this route. His big brother Prince William made the same move when he married Kate Middleton. In addition, their mother, Princess Diana, didn’t have a prenup either. Consequently, she had to fight tooth and nail to get her £17 million settlement when she divorced Prince Charles.

Hopefully, the royal couple’s union will be one that last a lifetime. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to wed on May 19th at Windsor Castle in England.
