Some irresponsible person is using the Internet to publish blatant lies about the process of making fried chicken. These lies are presented in video form with a recipe for the most disturbing unfried-fried chicken one could imagine. In fact, if you ate chicken raw you’d be much closer to eating fried chicken than you would following this sacrilegious recipe.

Have you ever marinated your poultry in milk? Or sprinkled it with curry powder? Or … wait for it … cooked it for nine minutes in a microwave to give that crispy golden texture. Hell nah!

Black Twitter wants none of this monstrosity and neither do we.

We’ll stick to getting our fried chicken from Popeyes.

CodeBlack Could Redeem Itself With New Omar Epps, Paula Patton Flick



No shade to CodeBlack Films, but it’s last flick, All Eyes On Me, was kind of a disaster. From the poor ratings and reviews, to stars like Jada Pinkett Smith and 50 Cent slamming the film, folks just weren’t feeling it.

But that may all change with their new movie Traffik. The action-packed thriller slated for theaters April 27, 2018 stars Omar Epps, Paula Patton and Laz Alonso, and it looks pretty darn good.

In the film, Brea (Paula Patton) and John (Omar Epps) are off for a romantic weekend in the mountains. Isolated at a remote estate, the couple are surprised by the arrival of two friends, another couple, Darren (Laz Alonso) and Malia (Roselyn Sanchez). Just when the weekend starts to get back on track, a violent biker gang turns up and begins to torment them. The foursome are forced to fight for their lives against a gang who will stop at nothing to protect their secrets.

The film is written and directed by Deon Taylor. Patton is also a producer.
