Full-time publicity THOT and part-time Transformer actor Tyrese is furious with Chris Rock following Sunday’s Academy Awards. Tyrese posted a video on Instagram blasting the show’s host for poking fun at Jada Pinkett Smith during his opening monologue.

“Jada got mad, Jada says she’s not coming, protesting, I’m like – doesn’t she have a TV show? Jada boycotting the Oscars is like me boycotting Rihanna’s panties. I wasn’t invited,” the comedian joked. The punchline, which Tyrese admits he didn’t see himself since he didn’t watch The Oscars, prompted him to post this bi-polar video on IG.

While Rock did make fun of Smith, Tyrese neglected to mention all of the other things he did while fulfilling his hosting duties, like skewer Hollywood. “But why are we protesting this Oscars?” Rock asked. “It’s the 88th Academy Awards, which means this whole no-black nominees thing has happened at least 71 other times.”

“I’m sure there was no black nominees some of those years, say ’62, ’63, and black people didn’t protest. Why? Because we had real things to protest at the time…We were too busy being raped and lynched to care about who won best cinematographer! When your grandmother’s swinging from a tree, it’s really hard to care about best documentary foreign short,” he also commented in his opening monologue.

It’s worth noting that Tyrese was one of the few celebrities calling on Rock to boycott The Oscars, something Rock responded to during the show. “People are like, ‘Chris, you should boycott. How come only unemployed people ask you to quit something?’ No one with a job tells you to quit.”

Will also snapped some fun flicks with his son Jaden before greeting fans and speaking with reporters including HipHollywood.

He told HipHollywood that he was super excited to reunite with his Suicide Squad director David Ayer for the film, and would “work with him whenever he wants to.

“I love his madness how he creates,” gushes Smith. “How he thinks about scenes, the way he works with actors, it’s some of the best psychological work of any director I’ve ever worked with.”

In the film Smith plays an LAPD cop in a mythical world of orcs, elves and fairies … and Ayer told us, he couldn’t think of anyone better for the role.

“We had such a good time on Suicide Squad together and this role is kind of perfect for him, it’s an edgy movie, buts it’s funny. He’s got the best sense of humor of anybody I know.”

BRIGHT debuts on Netflix December 22. Peep the newest trailer below.
