The Real Reason Cam Newton Walked Out Of The Super Bowl Press Conference
If you are one of the people crucifying Cam Newton for prematurely walking out of last night’s Super Bowl 50 press conference, you may want to drop that nail.
Many thought that the frustrated quarterback left the post game interview early because he was upset with reporters, but it turns out Cam may have left because he could hear Broncos cornerback Chris Harris trash talking him in the background.

“Load the box, force y’all to throw the ball,” Harris says in the background of this clip that also features an annoyed Cam overhearing Harris’ words. “Can you throw the football? That was the game plan,” the defensive player continues as Cam is seen mouthing, “F*ck this” and exiting the room.
Cam’s exit without context led many to slam the athlete on social media, including disgraced former footballer Bill Romanowski who tweeted, “You will never last in the NFL with that attitude. The world doesn’t revolve around you, boy!”
