Mark Zuckerberg is admonishing his Facebook staff after someone employed at the Menlo Park, California office crossed out “Black Lives Matter” on the company’s signature wall. The culprit reportedly replaced the text with the alternate “all lives matter” slogan.

Zuckerberg responded to the insensitive gesture by defending the BLM movement, and warning employees of disciplinary action if it happens again. Gizmodo obtained a copy of an internal memo sent to the staff from Zuckerberg. You can read it below.
