We’re two days away from Beyoncé’s Super Bowl 50 half time show, and the rumors surrounding her performance are growing more ridiculous with every passing moment. The latest nonsense making the rounds includes Bey’s four year old daughter Blue Ivy hitting the stage in a mother-daughter dance battle.

According to MediaTakeOut:

“Our snitch – who is ROCK SOLID – tells us Bey will be dancing . . . with 4-year-old daughter BLUE IVY. We can’t WAIT to see it.”

Don’t hold your breath, bruh. HipHollywood has spoken to people close to the performance, and they tell us that while there is dancing during the performance, Blue will not be squaring off against her mother.

Another ridiculous rumor going around is that Beyoncé will debut two new songs during the show. While we would all just about fall over and die for some new material from King Bey, this story doesn’t make sense from a marketing or artistic standpoint. Super Bowl performances are platforms for artists to play their biggest hits on the country’s largest stage, not a testing ground for new material. And while this article is centered around Beyoncé, it’s actually Coldplay’s halftime show that she’s joining, so using her limited guest window to perform songs no one has heard before is likely not happening. That doesn’t mean new music isn’t around the corner though … fingers crossed.

Another rumor going around is that Jay Z will perform alongside his wife. Our source close to the ground says that rumor is false as well. While Jigga does have songs with Coldplay and others with his wife, he’ll not be spitting any verses come Sunday.

So Bey has stolen the show from Coldplay? Make sense they are not SB50 type of band, they’ll put the crowd to sleep.

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
