Starbucks is dealing with a little PR crisis after actress Thandie Newton posted an image of what she believes is an offensive display she spotted in one of their stores. That display featured a mannequin of a Black child holding a bowl of coffee beans.

Starbucks was quick to respond to Newton’s post, apologizing for its offense, but do you think the actress was fair to point out the statue, or do you think she overreacted?
@thandienewton we are very concerned to learn of this incident & we can’t apologise enough. We have removed the figure & are investigating.
