We’re less than a week into 2016 and Nick Young is already making the most outrageous claim of the year. Young, who our sources swear still plays basketball in the NBA, believes his fiancée will have the best album of 2016.

In an interview with Billboard, Young was asked about the progress of Iggy Azalea’s Digital Distortion album and offered up this response. “Aw man, it’s gonna be the best album of 2016. I got my Swaggy P feature on it so that’s why it’s gon’ blow up. [Laughs] I see how hard she be in the studio and I heard a couple songs. Couple surprises and a lot of features on there. It’ll be dope,” he shared.

Young is only in the news because he’s mentioned in Kanye West’s terrible new song, “Facts.” On the track, Ye references Swaggy P in one of his verses. “Now we hottest in the streets, it ain’t no discussion / James Harden, Swaggy P runnin’ up the budget.” The budget in reference is that of Adidas who signed Kanye, Young and Harden to contracts after all three men concluded previous engagements with Nike.

“Aw man, I was on my way home, trying to get dressed for my New Year’s event and a couple of my teammates called and texted me [about the song] and I didn’t know what they was talkin’ about. I was like, ‘Y’all playin’, y’all lyin’, man.’ They sent me the SoundCloud [link] and I was like, ‘Aw, it’s over. I’m the man now,’” P said of learning about “Facts” for the first time.

Young is also averaging 8.2 points a game this season, the lowest of his career outside of his rookie season, so indeed, he is “the man now.”

Remy Ma And Chris Brown Team Up To Celebrate Black Women

An ode to the pretty brown girls … yasssss!

Remy Ma is showing love to the girls that need it most with her new single “Melanin Magic (Pretty Brown)” featuring Chris Brown. Sampling of Mint Condition’s “Breaking My Heart (Pretty Brown Eyes)”, the song gives all the nostalgia feels with an updated tweak by Ma who declares her empowering look at self-love. “As a proud black woman, I wanted to highlight black women and celebrate our beauty and strength,” Remy stated in a press release obtained by HH.

What’s also special about the track is the fact that Remy invited fans via her socials to choose the cover art for “Melanin Magic,” as she wanted to broaden the conversation about ‘inner and outer beauty while celebrating both.’ Here’s the winner…

You can stream and purchase “Melanin Magic (Pretty Brown)” here: and cop Remy’s forthcoming album 7 Winters & 6 Summers when it drops later this year.
