Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman is behind bars for a third time after a bloody shootout in Mexico ended in his capture. At least five people were killed and one person injured during his takedown at a home in Los Mochis, a town in the country’s Sinaloa state.

At the property, marines seized two armored vehicles, one handgun, eight rifles and a rocket-propelled grenade launcher.

El Chapo had been on the run for the past six months after escaping from Altiplano Federal Prison last summer. There, he made his way to freedom through a tunnel underneath a shower in his cell block. He also escaped from Puente Grande prison back in 2001 elevating him to folk status in a lot of circles.

News of Chapo’s capture made headlines on Friday, sparking a series of tweets from celebrities like Fat Joe who says he’s sad to see the criminal in custody again. Others like George Wallace didn’t seem too upset by the arrest, making light of the situation instead.

    of course they are not going to extradite him. how would he escape again if they did that?
