Tia Mowry has been forced to slam pregnancy rumors on more than one occasion, but now, the beauty is speaking out about body shaming.

During a recent appearance on HuffPost Live, the actress revealed that she is not pregnant, rather, happy.

“I’ve gained these extra 10 [or] 15 pounds because of my cooking show,” she explained. “I’m just enjoying life, and when I want to drop the pounds, I will, but right now I’m happy with who I am.”

The 37-year-old added, “We need to be more supportive with body images, especially with women, showing that all sizes are beautiful. “FYI. For all the people that think I’m pregnant. I’m NOT just enjoying life and eating and cooking some great food! Thanks again I repeat I AM NOT PREGNANT,” she wrote on Instagram, including a photo of a pregnancy test that reads: “Just fat.”

Tia and her husband, Cory Hardrict, are parents to 4-year-old, Cree.
