All hail, Queen Serena!
Sports Illustrated has crowned Serena Williams “Sportsperson of the Year” and rightfully so. After dominating the world of tennis in 2015 (and practically every year since she’s been pro) Williams was honored with the prestigious title and given the cover of the mag.
In case you missed it, this year Serena’s record was an astounding 53-3. The tennis champ also sought the ever elusive calendar grand slam but fell short in the semi-finals of the U.S. Open. But if you know anything about Serena, then you know never to count her out. Ms. Williams says she be back at it again. Take a look at her interview below.
