A Philadelphia judge has found rapper Meek Mill guilty of violating his parol. The rapper will likely head to jail all because he failed to clear work related travel with his probation officer.
Meek testified in court today, trying his best to plead the case that he’s a changed man thanks to the probation he was already granted. “The chance you gave me definitely changed my life and changed my family’s life,” Mill testified. “If you didn’t give me a chance, I probably wouldn’t be at this place I’m at now.”
Those words fell on deaf ears as Common Pleas Judge Genece Brinkley shot them down. “How many times am I supposed to give him a second chance?” she asked. “This court has done nothing but try to help the defendant,” she added.
Meek was ordered to return to court on February 5th. He is not allowed to perform or work before then.
