Kerry Washington recently landed a new deal with OPI Products and we are already anticipating what’s to come.

The actress confirmed the news via Instagram on Friday morning with a post that read:

“I am ECSTATIC about this new collabo. Cannot wait for you guys to see what we’ve been working on!”

According to WWD, the beauty, who also serves as a creative consultant with Neutrogena, will be co-designing a line with OPI cofounder, Suzi Weiss-Fischmann. “Suzi’s such a fierce female entrepreneur,” Washington said. “This is going to be a lot of fun. I’m looking forward to testing out new colors on the red carpet. The fun, for me, is that nail lives in the crossover space between fashion and beauty. I love to play with nail color on the red carpet and explore new shades.”

The Scandal actress went on to praise Gwen Stefani for what she has been able to do with the brand. “She has done such a great job having her collection represent her — not just with OPI, but through everything she’s done,” the mother of one explained. “If I can do something similar, I will be very happy.”

Weiss-Fischmann is also thrilled to have the 38-year-old on board, stating that Washington “empowers women through her sophisticated style, humor and confidence. Most of all, she has a huge love of nail lacquer and has worn OPI for years and years. I’m looking forward to working with Kerry in 2016 to create some new and fabulous OPI shades.”

Details about the collaboration are unclear, but what we are hoping for is for a hue to be inspired by Washington’s hit ABC show, Scandal. A fiery red. A dark blue. Maybe even a nice pearl in honor of Kerry’s classic coats she wears on the primetime series. Either way, we are totally on board.

It’s also worth noting that the actress has always been a fan of nail art, often times taking to social media to show off her newly polished hands. Click to see some of Kerry’s favorite looks.

“I Cried A Lot”: Snoop Dogg’s Gospel Album Helped Him Through “Sad” Times

Thugs gotta cry too.

In a moment of vulnerability, Snoop Dogg opened up to HH about how sometimes he gets a bit down, “I cry. I’m sad a lot,” the legendary rapper told us. Life’s “problems and issues” sometimes weigh on the 46-year-old, but thankfully, his new project, Bible Of Love helped to lift his spirits.

The double-disc album, 32-track, gospel album is the first of its kind from Snoop, and while not everyone is receptive, the Doggfather knows he’s fulfilling his purpose. “I stepped in the world (of gospel) to say, hold on, let me take my light … and put it on this gospel gang with some of the most extraordinary singers you’ve ever heard in your life,” Snoop stated.

And that he did!
