There is one word Chrissy Tiegen is using to describe Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump: “Tw*t.”
Over the weekend, Trump, announced via Twitter that he would be hosting a meeting with 100 black evangelical pastors who he says are “wonderful” people. However, explained in the post that this was “not a press event” and that it would be closed to the public.
But Trump’s mere announcement that it wasn’t a “press event” upset Teigen, who usually has no problem speaking her mind on social media.
“So don’t tweet about it you tw*t,” the pregnant model tweeted.
Trump did no respond to Teigen’s comment; however, Monday’s meeting with the group of Black religious leaders was canceled to the public after it was learned that many of those participating would not be endorsing the politician.
On Friday, more than 100 clergy, community organizers, scholars, socially aware Christians, and/or concerned voters penned an open letter through Ebony magazine, expressing why they did not want to participate in the planed meeting. One main reason, because of his use of “overtly divisive and racist language on the campaign trail.”
