Chris Brown’s ex Karrueche Tran recently visited the Hope for Survival orphanage in Africa, but it’s not her charitable heart that has people talking, it’s her wardrobe selection. Karrueche posted multiple photographs of herself interacting with children in Abuja, Nigeria while rocking heels, bracelets, a necklace and what some are calling “nightclub” attire.

Below are some of the comments people made on Instagram after seeing Tran’s outfit:

“Her hair and make up is fully done. Lol really? As much I try to focus on the bigger picture, how you presented yourself won over my attention.”

“Could have worn something more appropriate.”

“What in the he’ll were you thinking going around little children in club attire .. #exposingnakedness might as well wore a bathing suit.”

“I know plenty of people who donate food and money AND then see what there donations do. They spend time in those areas and environment, and culture and spend time with people. And they don’t take pics and post them to prove that they help. Cause in their heart they know they’re helping. It’s bigger than them. It’s not a PR stunt to them. They care about these people. They wear scrubs to these areas not thousands of dollars in jewelry. Donating money isn’t enough if you have no clue or care what that money does.”

In all fairness, Karrueche has done lots of charity work domestically, so we don’t think this was a photo op. Also, she was in Nigeria to host a party and still found time to visit the orphanage and give back in some capacity so the shade being thrown her way seems a bit unfair. Granted, her wardrobe choice does raise a few eyebrows, but we think her heart was in the right place. What about you?

Well…. I’m not a “fan” of Karrueche, but it is obvious that people are being petty , for a lack of a better term, in this scenario regarding her outfit. It’s not that bad, and who is to say what some people may or may not wear to a club. She basically dressed for the weather and threw on a shiny necklace….what’s the issue with that?

Yet the people complaing have probably done little in the charity world. Yes, the outfit is wrong for the occassion, but her heart was in the right place I guess.

She’s dressed like she’s going out somewhere. She’s just wrong period. Please tell me she didn’t go all the way over there just to host a party. Wow… she must have gotten paid a grip but then again. I doubt it. She’s just has allot of bills.

To say Wonder is a must see movie is an understatement! Not only will the film touch you and inspire you to be a better person, it will also entertain you from start to finish.

But don’t take our word for it. HipHollywood sat down with the film’s stars Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson who shared their excitement to bring this heartwarming story to life and how they channeled their real-life parenting skills into the role.

“I think we felt a responsibility to be authentically parents and authentically parents to these two kids, said the 50 year old mother of three. “And I think that’s why you really believe these four people are family and are really having this experience together.”

In the film based on the NY times best seller, Roberts and Wilson play the parents of a teenage daughter (Izabela Vidovic) and 10-year-old boy (Jacob Tremblay) with facial differences entering mainstream elementary school for the first time.

When asked if they had any advice for their ten year old selves, Roberts said: “I have a ten year old son and I tell him to run.”

Meanwhile Wilson says he remembers 5th grade vividly, and enjoyed having his brother Andrew Wilson at the same school to protect him. “It helped so much having an older brother who was already at the school, so that would be the advice I’d give, have a cool older brother.”

Wonder hits theaters November 17, just one day before Wilson’s 49th birthday.
