Sometimes decent Cleveland Cavalier player J.R. Smith is being accused of attacking a teenager outside of a New York Pizzeria. According to the New York Daily News, the teenager was heckling the athlete over being traded by the New York Knicks to Cleveland.

The heckling started after Smith declined to pose in a photograph with 19-year-old Justin Brown. “That’s why New York kicked you out, yo!” Brown claims he yelled at Smith before getting choked out in front of the really delicious Artichoke Basille’s Pizza.

The Cavaliers have already issued a statement regarding the matter, writing:

“We are aware of the story & have spoken to JR about it. JR’s attorney has issued a statement. On the matter and there will be no further comment from the team on this at this point.”

A lawyer for Smith has called the allegations “completely false,” but an investigation into the alleged assault is underway.

In a moment of vulnerability, Snoop Dogg opened up to HH about how sometimes he gets a bit down, “I cry. I’m sad a lot,” the legendary rapper told us. Life’s “problems and issues” sometimes weigh on the 46-year-old, but thankfully, his new project, Bible Of Love helped to lift his spirits.

The double-disc album, 32-track, gospel album is the first of its kind from Snoop, and while not everyone is receptive, the Doggfather knows he’s fulfilling his purpose. “I stepped in the world (of gospel) to say, hold on, let me take my light … and put it on this gospel gang with some of the most extraordinary singers you’ve ever heard in your life,” Snoop stated.

And that he did!
