It’s a widely known fact that Erykah Badu cast some sort of magical spell on every man she encounters. It’s called her “Baduizm” and it’s amazing. But, up until now no one really knew where the special power came from.

Badu sat down with The Breakfast Club and finally opened up about her famous exes, Common, Andre 3000, The D.O.C and Jay Electronic, with the last three each having fathered a child with Erykah. When Charlamagne asked EB about all of her baby daddy’s being “God MCs”, Erykah responded, “yes, you have to have a hot 16.” The Next Lifetime” singer went on to say that both men and women are very intimidated when they meet her, “because of the persona, the urban legends and all that.” Truuuuue.

But, the secretes of the Baduizm was really exposed when E was asked if it’s her “platinum pum pum” that drives the men wild. “Among other things…because the power that I have does not just live between my thighs, it also lives between my ears. I think that I do more listening to them, then talking to them and when you allow people to hear themselves I think they really appreciate the friendship.”

Take notes, ladies.

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
