Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are calling it quits after just two years of marriage.

“It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce,” the couple said in a joint statement to PEOPLE. “We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life and we hope that you respect our and, most importantly, our children’s privacy as we go through this difficult period.”

A source also tells People that the duo’s relationship has simply “run it’s course.”

This however, is not the first time divorce reports have surfaced.  In March 2014, rumors that the duo were headed towards splitsville hit the Web after the couple hadn’t been publicly spotted together since December.

At the time, an insider told the NY Daily News that Berry, 47 and Martinez, 48 were living separately and that the reason for their troubled relationship might have something to do with their hectic work schedules.

The couple, who welcomed their son Maceo in October 2013, tied the knot in July 2013 at the Chateau des Conde in France.  The marriage even came as a shock because Berry claimed she never wanted to get married again. “Who knew? I swore marriage off, right? Never say never, people,” Berry told Extra.

This is the third divorce for the Extant actress, who happens to be one of the most beautiful, leading ladies in Hollywood. So we wonder, what gives? Is it the men? Or is it her?

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
