Tahiry Jose is ready for the good ol’ legal fight.

The Love and Hip Hop New York star just filed a lawsuit against Charles Suggs, also known as Carlos Fiasco, the man who apparently attacked the reality star at the Angola International Fashion Show in New York last September.

Per the documents filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Jose claims Suggs “suddenly and without cause and provocation verbally and physically, brutally and savagely attacked.”

The lawsuit states that before the fashion show, Suggs, who was working one of the doors, “was being extraordinarily nasty to two of Tahiry’s staff members.” But after Jose confronted Fiasco, he began “beating her up, hurling obscenities at her, dragging her by her hair” and “continuously belittling and disrespecting.”

The papers claim that Tahiry “had injuries to her spine, herniated discs, damage to her jaw – she was pretty badly banged up” and that one year later, she “still suffers great physical and mental pain.”

Jose, who is currently dating rapper and LHHNY castmate, Joe Budden, is also going after the show’s organizers.

Following last year’s attack, Jose posted a lengthy post on Instgram detailing her experience.

“Thank you ALL for your well wishes. I am both appreciative and grateful to have you on my team and call you #teamtahiry! I am sincerely touched by your outpouring of love.”
She continued, “As you may or may not know, on Monday, Sept. 8, I was attacked,  assaulted and violated, while in the workplace, by a man. I was beaten because I am woman with a voice and refuse to be disrespected. It is more proof that the violence against women is real and needs to be addressed publicly. The shaming and disrespecting of women/victims of violent abuses must stop.”
“Violence against women must stop; a women’s voice and refusal to be disrespected is not grounds for physical abuse. #iamwoman #myvoicematters More to the point, I am home, healing and surrounded by love. Rest assured, I will continue all my efforts and endeavors with the same faith, determination, passion and spirit I have always possesed. Again, thank you! You are ALL heroes of mine! Love, Tahiry.”
