Drum roll please … Janet Jackson has officially announced the release date for her highly anticipated album that we now know will be called Unbreakable!

The singer revealed via her website on Thursday morning that her first studio album in seven years will drop on October 2 with iTunes pre-order starting on September 3. The 49-year-old wrote on Twitter:

As previously reported, the album was produced by producer/songwriter icons, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. According to Jackson’s website, “the Unbreakable release comes on the 30th anniversary of their groundbreaking collaboration on her Control album.”

Janet kicked off her world tour this week in Vancouver and is still climbing the charts with her single “No Sleeep.” The track jumped to #1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B chart after it’s initial release and this week becomes #1 on both Urban AC and Adult R&B Charts.

All The Tears: Drake’s “God’s Plan” Video Is #GivingGoals



It’s no secret that Drake’s been on a giving spree while in Miami. From college kids to hotel workers and everyone in between, the rapper has been changing lives one dollar at a time — and now we can see it all in action.

Clearly, it was “God’s Plan” for Drizzy to take his entire budget for his music video and spend it on various residents and workers in Florida’s hot spot city. That’s right almost a million bucks — $996,631.90 to be exact — was slotted for Drake to shoot the visuals for his latest hit but instead he used all the money to make a difference. And in doing so, he made us cry … multiple times. Just watch the video below.

In a statement the self-professed “6god” said this video was “the most important thing” he’s ever done. We’d agree.
