While you were out celebrating a warm, Labor Day weekend, Travis Scott was apologizing for his perceived offensive comments about the LBGT community.
A video recently hit the web of Scott hurling off homophobic slurs during one of his shows back in March. “I ain’t cool with none of you f*ggots who just sitting here looking like a bunch of queers,” he was recorded saying during the concert show.
The rapper came under fire for the comments and used Twitter to fire off a lengthy apology.
This is not the first time the rapper has come under fire for making questionable comments during his shows. Last month, Jacques Webster, the rapper’s legal name, was taken into custody after advising fans to bombard the stage and rush past security during his set at the Lollapalooza Music Festival in Chicago. “We want rage,” the rapper changed.
We are glad the 23-year-old is working on his filter.
