It’s been almost a decade since Floetry dropped their sophomore album, Flo’Ology and in the time since, both Natalie Stewart and Marsha Ambrosius went on to forge solo careers. Now, the two have come back together and look ahead to more “Floetry” in the future.
HipHollywood caught up with the “Floacist” and the “Songstress” at the 2015 Robi Reed “Sunshine Beyond Summer Celebration” where they were on hand to perform. While they were excited to talk about being reunited, they were reluctant to give any details about a possible single, album or well … anything. “We’re just doing what we’re doing,” Natalie stated. “No dates for anybody about anything. We have no pressure on ourselves. It will happen when we make it happen.”
Well while we wait for it to happen, hopefully you caught them during one of their 43 dates over the summer. If not, maybe they’ll hit the road again soon … but they probably won’t tell anyone about it. Jokes, all jokes!
