Chrissy Teigen defended herself yet again via Twitter on Monday after receiving some backlash following a comment she made about hiring hot nannies.
During Lauren Conrad’s fashion show at New York Fashion Week, Teigen told reporters that when it comes to rules in she and John Legend’s home, a major one is: “No hot nannies, drivers, or maids.”
“It’s an ongoing joke in my house,” the model said. “I do want to have kids one day, so it’s something that I have to think about. But the rule is no hot nannies. I trust John, but you never know with these men.”
The beauty, who is known to be very outspoken, explained that “These days, it doesn’t really matter what you look like … Sometimes cabin fever just strikes and men do the do … It’s too late for me, though, because I have a hot assistant.”
But on Friday, the 29-year-old defended her comments after being slammed on social media.
But then, the new talkshow host felt the need to address her statement again on Monday, writing:

The conversation about hot nannies, however, has been an ongoing debate in Hollywood for decades. Most recently, it was reported that after Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck announced their split, Ben started dating their former nanny, Christine Ouzounian.
