Rich Homie Quan might be in some hot water with law enforcement after posting a video of smoking what appears to be marijuana in front of his 1-year-old son, Royal Lamar.

According to reports, child protective services saw the video posted on Instagram and has now teamed up with the Fulton County Police Department to investigate. In the clip, Quan, who is wearing a white shirt, can be seen taking a puff and blowing the smoke into the air while his shirtless kid sits on his lap.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that officials want to question the rapper, whose legal name is Dequantes Lamar, about what he was smoking as well as questions about his fitness and everyday routine.

The Atlanta native is in danger of facing criminal charges, endangering a child and reckless behavior.

The rapper has not commented on the reports and calls to the 25-year-old’s reps were not returned.

Despite smoking in front of his kid, it’s pretty clear Quan is madly in love with his son. The rapper constantly posts photos of the 1-year-old and appears to be a pretty good dad overall. Click to see photos of RHQ and RoRo.
