The Fulton County Medical Examiners Office has learned the “cause and manner” of the late Bobbi Kristina’s death, however, the autopsy report will not be released.

The medical examiners office issued a statement over the weekend confirming that that the report has been sealed.

“The Fulton County Medical Examiner has classified the cause and manner of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death based on information available as of Sept. 25, 2015. However, a Fulton County Superior Court Order dated Sept.25, 2015 has been received Sealing the Autopsy Report and ordering the Medical Examiner to not release any further information to the public.”

On January 31, Brown was rushed to an Atlanta hospital after being found unresponsive, facedown in a bathtub full of water inside her Roswell, GA townhouse. Krissi was immediately placed in a medically induced coma where she remained for several months. Brown, who had been unresponsive since the January incident, was taken to a hospice center in late June where she eventually passed.

Details surrounding the incident have not been confirmed, but according to Bobbi’s conservator, the aspiring singer’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon might have something to do with it.

In a lawsuit filed in June by Bedelia Hargrove, the documents state that Bobbi confided in a friend and set up a time on January 31, 2015 to explain that Gordon “was not the man she thought he was.” Unfortunately, that same day, the 22-year-old was found unconscious in her bathtub.

“Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown,” Hargrove said in a statement. “I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured.Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”
