Between rap beefs and alleged murder plots, Birdman is doing the absolutely most these days. In his latest move the Cash Money CEO is now targeting Tidal and is suing Jay Z for $50 million!

It’s the battle of two titans. Birdman claims that Cash Money owns exclusive rights to Weezy’s music, but Jay says Tidal had every right to stream Wayne’s new album FWA in exchange for giving him part ownership of the music service.

In the lawsuit Cash Money sites their contract with Mr. Carter says he does not have the power to license his music to anyone else. According to TMZ, Cash Money goes as far to say Tidal is using Wayne’s album as “a desperate and illegal attempt to save their struggling streaming service.”
