Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon is being sued for a whopping $40 million dollars after being accused of stealing money and beating the 22-year-old.

In a lawsuit filed on Wednesday at the Fulton County Superior Court, Houston’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, claims Gordon was taking money from BK’s Whitney Houston inheritance and was regularly transferring money from her account. Hargrove claims that Gordon also stole $11,000 from Bobbi while she was comatose.

According to the documents, obtained by HipHollywood, after Nick “perpetuated the fraud that he had married Brown, though in fact he never did,” he “manipulated her bank relationship so that she could access her money.”

Gordon was also accused of assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The papers state that at one point he dragged BK “upstairs by her hair” and knocked one of her front teeth out.

The suit claims that Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s only daughter together confided in a friend and set up a time on January 31, 2015 to  explain that Gordon “was not the man she thought he was.” Unfortunately, that same day, the 22-year-old was found unconscious, face-down in a bathtub full of water.

“Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown,” Hargrove said in a statement. “I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured.Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”

Bobbi has been unconscious for the past five months and on Wednesday, it was confirmed that she was being moved to hospice. Her family released the following statement.

“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”

Exclusive: Sorry, Folks, Diddy Did NOT Offer H&M Model A Contract

Last week rumors started circulating that Diddy had offered Liam Mango, the young model featured in the H&M ad a Sean John modeling contract. Unfortunately those reports, as sweet as they sound, aren’t true.

Diddy spoke to reporters backstage before a tapping of his new show The Four  and clarified what really happened.

“I didn’t actually offer a modeling contract to him I told my people to reach out to him so we could use him in the next shoot that we do,” he explained.  “But with that being said, I think that what we’re seeing is just a general insensitivity to how we feel you know. I think that H&M is going to feel the results of that.”

H&M has issued an official apology for featuring Mango on their website in a “Coolest Monkey In The Jungle” hoodie, saying in a statement : “We sincerely apologize for offending people with this image of a printed hooded top. The image has been removed from all online channels and the product will not be for sale in the United States. We believe in diversity and inclusion in all that we do and will be reviewing all our internal policies accordingly to avoid any future issues.”

After photos of the young boy hit the web, folks started speaking out against the retailer calling them racist and insensitive. But one person not feeling that way was Mango’s mother. She posted her thoughts Facebook questioning what all the fuss is about. “I really don’t understand but not coz am choosing not to but because it’s not my way of thinking, sorry.”

She and the boys father Terry Odhiambo have since had a change of heart appearing on ITV on Monday, saying they don’t think that there’s ever an “overreaction when it comes to racism”.

They also said they’ve had to move from their home in Sweden, and haven’t been able to live a normal life since the controversy started.
