Beyonce has a song called “Superpower” so it is only fitting that she now become a superheroine. Right?!

There are new reports claiming that Marvel Comics and Disney want the Queen Bey to join the cast of the Avengers. “We would love to have Beyoncé on board, almost certainly as a newcomer to the screen from Marvel’s existing catalogue of comic book characters,” a senior executive at Disney told The Daily Star.

It’s unclear what kind of role the singer would play, but we can say without a doubt the diva would be badass. The Avengers: Infinity War Parts 1 and 2 are set to release in 2018 and 2019.

Beyonce might be known for her off the carts music career, but the songstress also has quite the acting resume. The beauty played Foxxy Cleopatra in 2002’s Austin Powers in Goldmember, starred in Dreamgirls in 2006, played Xania in 2006’s Pink Panther and portrayed Etta James in the 2008 hit, Cadillac Records.

Sound off: Would you want Bey in Avengers?

‘Black Panther’ Sequel To Focus On Okoye & Dora Milaje?!

A Billi, A Billi, A Billi … when your movie nets a billion dollars OF COURSE there’s going to be a sequel!!

As Black Panther continues to dominate the box office, talk has already turned to a sequel. Marvel president Kevin Fiege confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that they will definitely be returning the Wakanda stating, “we absolutely will do that.” But when asked what direction the movie would take, his answer was intriguing:

“I think there’s lots of potential. It’s a balance between leaving people wanting more and then giving them too much, but I would watch a movie about any of those characters you just named. I think Shuri’s astounding, and you’ll see much more of her in our universe. Okoye, I think I’d watch three action films just Okoye. I’m not saying we’re doing that, but I’m saying that we’re intrigued by them.”

Yessss, be intrigued! We all need more Danai Gurira (who plays Dora Milaje leader, Okoye) in our lives.

Wakanda, forever!!!
