French Montana and 50 Cent’s social media feud escalated over the weekend after Montana slammed the rapper’s GQ cover.
Last week, in efforts to promote his new alcohol, EFFEN Vodka, Fiddy slammed French’s buddy and label mate, Diddy and his alcohol, Ciroc.
“Good morning I want to thank everyone who has went and asked for Effen in stores and bars.it will be the New #1 vodka this summer.Southern wine and spirits. #noPuffyjuice lol ##EFFENVODKA.”
Although a week later, French defended Diddy and posted a photo of 50’s 2005 GQ cover with the caption:
The beef between the two kicked off in 2012, after French slammed 50 in a interview with Complex. “You should avoid beef if you trying to make money. People get scared when you try to beef with people,” French told the mag. “In general, [even in street sh*t] nobody want to stand next to you if somebody about to shoot you, unless you have a a big lick [hustle]. They [used to] do that with 50 because 50 was the bank. They knew he was going to win. People ain’t doing that [anymore].”
In response, 50 tweeted:
“French Montana you ain’t Sh!t boy. You out your league talking about me you hoe. i read your little interview what the fucx is you high.”
