The guardian of a 21-year-old man claiming to be the love child of Jay Z has filed a paternity lawsuit against the rapper, alleging that he is trying to dodge taking a DNA test that could prove he is the father.

The National Enquirer first broke the story, aspiring rapper, Rymir Satterthwaite, claims Hov had sexual relations with his mother, Wanda, in the early 1990’s, well before Beyonce came into the picture.

Lillie Coley, the apparent legal guardian of Rymir, claims in the documents that Wanda tried to get Jay in family court for a paternity test back in 2010, but the case was dismissed after a judge ruled that they had no jurisdiction over Hov.

Coley also claims that Beyonce’s husband and his attorney provided “fraudulent” and “false” information to a judge and lied about living in New York, not New Jersey.

Jay nor Beyonce’s camp were available for comment. However, the New Jersey Civil Court confirms to HipHollywood that the case, naming Coley as the plaintiff is still open.

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
