Toya Wright Slams Publicity Accusations: “There Is No Show With Me And My Husband [Memphitz]”

Toya Wright took to Instagram on Thursday evening to slam reports that she and producer, Memphitz faked their separation for publicity.

“Choosing to live my marriage publicly grants u the rights to its trials. It has been both a blessing & a curse, filled w/both love & hate. Although I’m grateful for the yin & yang of the entire process thus far, that choice has unfortunately com at at a steep price,” she wrote. “My husband is a good man and what he is going through is bigger than me and your judgement … I will continue to pray & for those who understand, I do thank u for your supper… And for the record there is no show with me and my husband.”

“No matter what u may feel about me all I can do is pray and fight for my marriage,” she captioned the photo message.

On the heels of reports that the couple was separated and living on separate coasts, Memphitz posted a tweet suggesting that he and Toya were going forth with their BET reality show, The Wright Thang. 

“Dang. Yall caught us! yall too smart! Tune in! We’ll be doing all sorts of fun activities for yall to see,” he tweeted.

It’s no secret that Drake’s been on a giving spree while in Miami. From college kids to hotel workers and everyone in between, the rapper has been changing lives one dollar at a time — and now we can see it all in action.

Clearly, it was “God’s Plan” for Drizzy to take his entire budget for his music video and spend it on various residents and workers in Florida’s hot spot city. That’s right almost a million bucks — $996,631.90 to be exact — was slotted for Drake to shoot the visuals for his latest hit but instead he used all the money to make a difference. And in doing so, he made us cry … multiple times. Just watch the video below.

In a statement the self-professed “6god” said this video was “the most important thing” he’s ever done. We’d agree.
