Mariah Carey To Sign Multi-Million Dollar Deal For Vegas Residency
Despite Mariah Carey’s recent string of performance fails, the star soon might be the new face of Las Vegas.
According to Page Six, Nick Cannon’s estranged wife is in negotiations to sign a deal for a residency at Caesars Palace. A source tells the news outlet that the diva’s deal “could be worth more than Britney Spears’ two-year, $30 million contract” and that the singer might hit the City of Sin “before the 2015 holidays.”
Last month, Carey was slammed by critics following her less than stellar performance during the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony. The mom of two attempted to deliver her holiday hit “All I Want For Christmas Is You,” but what could have been a spectacular moment, turned into a mere struggle performance.
While it’s been a rocky past several months for the star, something tells us she will kill her residency … in a good way of course!
