Jason Derulo delivered proof on Friday morning that the BMW he gifted his ex-girlfriend, Jordin Sparks, was NOT leased. The “Talk Dirty” singer took to Instagram to show a photo of the bill from the purchased luxury vehicle with the caption:

“Women Lie, Men Lie, Numbers Don’t Lie! #WhyLease#BreakfastClub @cthagod @djenvy @angelayee@jordinsparks.”

Sparks stopped by New York’s The Breakfast Club on Thursday and opened up about she and Derulo’s summer breakup. During their chat, the singer, who has talked about her gifted BMW on numerous occasions, suggested that the car was leased. “He seems like the kind of person that would’ve leased it and told you he bought it and then you found out,” radio host, Angela Yee said. Sparks responded: “It kind of happened like that.”

Jordin continued, “That’s what was said through conversation and I was like ‘wait, what?’ … I wasn’t paying the payments because I was under the impression that it was purchased.”

After the duo’s breakup, Jordin got rid of the car and bought herself a sweet little jeep. “Well, if he wanted it, he could have it. I dropped it off at the BMW dealership and said, ‘You can deal with it,'” she explained.

As for where she and Jason stand now, the former American Idol contestant told The Breakfast Club that she has not spoken to him since the breakup.

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
