On Tuesday, we reported that Diddy put hands on Drake outside a Miami nightclub early Monday morning because he felt some type of way about Drake stealing the beat for “0 to 100” from him.
Now, there’s video of Diddy talking about Drake jacking the beat. The video was shot a few months ago and on it, you can clearly hear Diddy call out the Canadian rapper before telling the deejay to turn the song on. “I gave this s**t to this n***a, and this n***a stole this s**t” the Bad Boy told the crowd.
Drake has been relatively quiet on social media since getting punched, but he did post a picture on Instagram last night of himself in a robe, captioning it, “They’re either talking s**t about you or stealing the s**t you’re talking … either way the name been poppin.”
The Nerve! Rae Carruth’s Shocking Request Over Son He Tried To Kill Has Twitter Up In Arms
Rae Carruth has Twitter up in arms over his asinine request to gain custody of his 18-year-old son he tried to kill. Let’s first refresh your memory.
The former Carolina Panthers wide receiver was sentenced to 18 to 24 years behind bars in North Carolina for conspiracy to murder his pregnant girlfriend, Cherica Adams.
In 2001, Carruth was found guilty of hiring Van Brett Watkins and Michael Kennedy to murder Adams two years prior. Watkins shot Adams multiple times and Kennedy was responsible for the getaway car.
Cherica, who was seven months pregnant, died one month after the shooting and her son survived. Unfortunately, due to complications, Chancellor Lee Adams was born prematurely and has sense battled cerebral palsy.
Now, almost 20 years following the egregious murder, Carruth is not only begging for forgiveness from the mother of Cherica, but he is also requesting full custody of Chancellor.
The former athlete wrote a 15-page letter to Saundra Adams apologizing for the murder of her daughter and accepted responsibility for planning out the attacks.
“I should be raising my son. His mother should be raising her son,” Carruth said during an interview with WBTV. “Ms. Adams should not be doing this and I want that responsibility back.”
He explained, “I feel like he might not ever have his mother in his life but he could still have me and I could still make a difference and I don’t think that’s anyone’s responsibility when I’m still here.”
In response to the lengthy letter, Adams told The Observer earlier this week that while she has forgiven Rae, she will not give up custody of her grandson, whom she has raised. “I’ve forgiven Rae already, but to have any type of relationship with him, there does have to be some repentance,” Adams said. “And I think this opens the door. But I can say definitively he’s not ever going to have custody of Chancellor.”
She added, “Chancellor will be raised either by me or, after I’m gone, by someone else who loves him and who knows him. He will never be raised by a stranger — someone he doesn’t know and who tried to kill him.”
Standing behind Saundra decision to sustain custody is folks on social media, who are disgusted by Rae’s request.
Rae is set to be released from Sampson Correctional Institution in Clinton, North Carolina, on October 22.
