In case you missed it, Nicki Minaj and her ex, Safaree Samuels got into a heated Twitter feud over the weekend after the rapper accused Samuels of trying to blackmail her.

“Anything you don’t appreciate will be taken. God sees your ungrateful evil soul. I gave and gave and gave. Threatening? Blackmail? Jump,” Nicki wrote in a series of tweets. “Wanted fame. I gave you my blessing. I still love. I still love. I still love. I’ll always love. So disappointed.”

Samuels aka SB Stunts, responded:

“And its not Bout fame its about respect and youve had 0 for me the pass few years.the 0 respect u had for me at home had nothing 2do w/music. Im dissapointed too.. ur doin something to me publicly that the public doesnt know your doing but your the victim cuz ur famous.. smh. ere not 2gthr nemore im fine with that.but im not goin back m forth w/u on here.i cant believe were doin dis. we use 2 laugh at ppl 4 this. i jus got off the phone with your mother and come off to this..pls stop. we dnt have to ever speak again in life but doin it like this….no.”

On Sunday night, TMZ cameras caught up with Samuels in Los Angeles to talk about the breakup and the public spat. “Definitely not a Twitter war just a misunderstanding. Somebody out there putting some poison out, but definitely nothing but love,” he said.

When asked if the two will get back together, he responded, “no, I support her and everything she do. Music, her family. 12 years is a long time, that’s not something you forget about. That’s like a family member.”

He added, “It’s not easy but I gotta do what I gotta do. It’s different when everywhere you go, everything you watch, every single radio station has on that person.”

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
