Nicki Minaj’s Ex Safaree Samuels Having Suicidal Thoughts Over Breakup?

Safaree Samuels is completely and utterly heartbroken over his split with rapper, Nicki Minaj.

Sources tell TMZ that Samuels is an emotional wreck and has become a shut-in, spends the majority of his time smoking weed and has had suicidal thoughts. Apparently, the rapper is seeing a shrink, but the meds the doctor is prescribing Samuels is making him even more emotional.

The rapper would like to reach out to Nicki, but apparently doesn’t want to because of her new relationship with rapper, Meek Mill. Safaree also believes that Mill is to blame for he and Nicki’s split.

But Samuels isn’t the only one hurting over the breakup. Nicki stopped by Power 105.1 this week and broke down in tears while talking about her ex, who she dated for over 10 years. “There is till nothing but love there,” she said. “This is somebody I grew up with. I don’t even know how I’m going to function without that person in my life. I never lived my life as a famous person without him. I don’t even know how to really function. I tell my girlfriends, my best friends, sometimes I still want to tell him stuff and get his opinion.”

As for her relationship with Meek, Nicki simply told Angie that she thinks he is “amazing, I love what he represents.”
