New Bill Cosby Accuser Says He Licked Her Toes While Masturbating

The same day Bill Cosby’s wife, Camille, defended her husband against the ongoing sex abuse allegations, another accuser came forward with some seemingly disturbing claims.

24-year-old Chloe Goins exclusively recalled her alleged encounter with Cosby to the Daily Mail, claiming that she was just 18-years-old when the comedian “spiked her drink and lured into a room at the Playboy mansion” in 2008. According to Goins, she was invited by a friend to attend one of Hugh Heffner’s mansion parties six years ago. “We were talking to Hef for a while and that’s when Bill Cosby walked up. I kind of recognized him from TV, I know he was on a TV show where he played a family guy, but he was a little bit before my time,” she told the news outlet. “We were talking, laughing and having fun.”

Chloe continued, “He kind of just left and we were talking and he came back with drinks. He gave me a vodka mixer I think. I wasn’t really supposed to drink because of my age but I was like, ‘okay, cool’. I thought I’d got a drink on the side … I think I finished most of it, I didn’t set my glass down I was holding it the whole time.”

According to the alleged victim, she started feeling dizzy and ill, so Heffner offered one of his spare bedrooms for her to rest in. “Then Bill offered to show me the room, he said he knew the way. He seemed nice and I don’t remember feeling nervous or that it was weird,” she explained. “He had his arm around me to show me the way and I did notice he had been paying me a little more attention than my friend, but never thought anything of it.”

Goins claims she doesn’t remember much else, but that she woke up naked, on a bed and that Cosby was “hunched over her licking her toes” while masturbating.

The 24-year-old said that when she came to, Bill “jumped up, pulled his pants back up quickly and left. He had seen that I was alert and bolted out of there, I was left in the room by myself.”

She did however admit that she doesn’t think the comedian raped her. “So I am one of the lucky ones, but at the same time it was a f***ed up situation.”

According to the Daily Mail, Chloe plans on going to LAPD.

Cosby’s lawyer, Marty Singer has not responded to the  new allegations.

Dr. Heavenly Explains Her ‘If My Husband Cheated He Didn’t Mean To’ Philosophy

Published

Dr. Heavenly Kimes has an interesting philosophy on cheating … but then again we’re not surprised.

If you watch Married To Medicine then you know the successful Atlanta, GA dentist dotes on her husband, who she affectionately calls “daddy” and the two have a pretty solid marriage.  So much so, that Kimes believes if he ever cheated on her he didn’t mean to do it.

Kimes made that proclamation after news broke that Dr. Jackie’s husband was having an affair, and of course she had the ladies scratching their heads. HipHollywood sat down with her to get more insight on her viewpoint. Here’s what she had to say.

“I said something that I think a lot of people feel but would not say it, because it’s not a politically correct thing to say,” she explained. “I said if my husband cheated he would not mean to do it. I stand by it, it may sound silly, it may sound funny, I’m not trying to be funny, I don’t think he would have meant to do it.”

“I can’t say it was her, I’m not going to put it all on her, but it had to have been something to make that man go that far,” she adds referring to the other woman. “Maybe I’m naive but I don’t think my husband would just cheat on me and mean to cheat.”

To her credit, Kimes is also a certified relationship coach and has been dishing her advice (solicited or not) to the other wives since season 2. She ended her explanation comparing cheating to a person on a diet. The analogy was pretty hilarious, but actual made a lot of sense.

“I like to compare sex to food because they go together,” she says. “If you’re hungry and you know you’re on a diet and you’re really really trying really hard and somebody comes with a buffet of your favorite foods and lays it all out for you and starts putting … you didn’t mean to eat it but you ate it.”

So do you agree Heavenly? Let us know in the comments below.
