Kanye West Performs New Album Live For Seth Rogen

Published

on

It looks like mocking Kanye West’s “Bound 2” music video didn’t ruin a potential friendship with the rapper for comedian, Seth Rogen. The Interview star revealed to Rolling Stone that he’s one of the few people in the world to hear Ye’s new album, but of course, West elected to present the album in the most Kanye way ever.

Rogen says he bumped into West at a New York hotel where the rapper invited him to listen to the album inside of a limousine. That’s where Yeezus played the instrumentals for each song while rapping the words live. “There’s no lyrics, only beats,” Rogen said. “So he raps the whole album, and after each song, he stops it, like, ‘So what do you think?’ We were in the van for two hours!”

No word on when Ye’s new album is dropping, but the rapper is planning on touring in 2015 so using deductive reasoning we assume sometime before 2016.

And in doing so, he made us cry … multiple times. Just watch the video below.

In a statement the self-professed “6god” said this video was “the most important thing” he’s ever done. We’d agree.
