If you haven’t noticed, Kenya Moore has a banging body. Seriously, her curves are envied by many. And while it isn’t an easy task keeping her figure in tip top shape, she has definitely mastered how to maintain her lovely physique.
During a recent interview with The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, the beauty revealed to HipHollywood a few workout tips that she swears by. “I have a million tips,” she told us. “Always eat breakfast, always do pushups before bed, pushups, squats before bed. Stretch everyday, meditate everyday.”
Kenya then shared a tip that totally made us rejoice. “Don’t deprive yourself of food that you think is bad. Just eat small portions of it.”
In 2013, the Detroit native released a workout video called, Kenya Moore: Booty Boot Camp, and according to Moore, her tapes have been selling like hot cakes. “I just did another distribution deal with another region in Africa. People all over the world, Australia, Africa, the U.K, all are buying Booty Boot Camp. It’s still really hot. I’m happy I can inspire people to workout.”
Last month, Moore posted this snapshot on Instagram of her abs AFTER her Thanksgiving Day meal. Jealous much?
