Exclusive: Kenya Moore’s Workout Tips + Booty Boot Camp Selling Like “Hot Cakes”

Published

If you haven’t noticed, Kenya Moore has a banging body. Seriously, her curves are envied by many. And while it isn’t an easy task keeping her figure in tip top shape, she has definitely mastered how to maintain her lovely physique.

During a recent interview with The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, the beauty revealed to HipHollywood a few workout tips that she swears by. “I have a million tips,” she told us. “Always eat breakfast, always do pushups before bed, pushups, squats before bed. Stretch everyday, meditate everyday.”

Kenya then shared a tip that totally made us rejoice. “Don’t deprive yourself of food that you think is bad. Just eat small portions of it.”

In 2013, the Detroit native released a workout video called, Kenya Moore: Booty Boot Camp, and according to Moore, her tapes have been selling like hot cakes. “I just did another distribution deal with another region in Africa. People all over the world, Australia, Africa, the U.K, all are buying Booty Boot Camp. It’s still really hot. I’m happy I can inspire people to workout.”

Last month, Moore posted this snapshot on Instagram of her abs AFTER her Thanksgiving Day meal. Jealous much?

“#turkeyday aftermath going to try to get my six pack back. Let’s go #teamtwirl start with a natural cleanse with fresh fruits and veggies, tons of water and fish and no carbs for dinner. No sugary drinks only water and lemon today. #kenyasbodytips.”

Her workout tape works. Its spit into 3 different segments of 20 minutes plus a cool down. I like to do either 40 minutes or depending how I feel, all 60 minutes. Kenya Moore put out an effective workout tape that actually works. 🙂

But Phaedra ‘s sold better because it’s fun to do.

We are more concerned about EFFECTIVE results. Not how much fun it is without RESULTS, because its fun. (shoulder shrug)

Serious people understand what working out is and it’s not always going to be fun. When you go into a gym, you see that.Unless you are taking Zumba or something.Nothing against people who take Zumba classes.

Secondly, this is about Kenya Moore’s workout video that is STILL selling in other countries. Why you felt the need to make it about Phaedra is very telling of you and your mindset. Grow up please.

No one in their right mind would buy a workout tape from someone who is built like a bullfrog. Kenya works out and eats right. Phaedra wears Spanx and STILL looks like a gargoyle.

This absolutely is NOT Kenya’s mid section. She wished. In one word, photoshopped. And the headline about the sales should have read, “according to Moore”. There is no independent proof of these “hot cakes”. Rofl

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
