Exclusive Details: Bill Cosby Files Lawsuit, Fires Back At Sexual Accuser

Bill Cosby and his lawyer are firing back at 55-year-old Judy Huth, a woman who is alleging that Cosby molested her when she was just 15-years-old.

Earlier this week, Huth filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, detailing her account with Mr. Cosby back in 1974. According to the alleged victim, the comedian attempted “to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent” while at the Playboy Mansion.

In response to the allegations, Cosby’s lawyer, Marty Singer filed a motion to dismiss Huth’s lawsuit, claiming that not only are the allegations “false,” but that the alleged victim extorted the comedian. According to Singer’s motion, obtained by HipHollywood, “Mr. Cosby rejected Plantiff’s [Huth] outrageous demand for money in order not to make her allegations public.”

Singer also argues that Huth failed to file a suit within an “eight year” timeframe from which the alleged incident occurred. “The plaintiff was 15-years-old in 1974 when the alleged abuse took place, meaning the Plantiff was approximately 56-years-old as of the date she filed her lawsuit.”

Marty is also seeking monetary sanctions.

Law enforcement has already confirmed that they are ready to investigate the situation.
