Bill Cosby Faces Lawsuit, Woman Claims Comedian Molested Her At Age 15

Right when we thought the Bill Cosby rape scandal had subsided, a new woman has come forward, claiming the comedian sexually abused her when she was just 15-years-old.

Judy Huth, 55, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against Cosby, alleging that the actor molested her at the Playboy Mansion around 1974. According to the suit, filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, Huth and her 16-year-old friend, who had previously met Cosby at a film shoot, met the actor at a tennis court where they had several drinks. That’s when the comedian “led them to another house which turned out to be the Playboy Mansion.”

Huth claims that Cosby told she and her friend to lie and say they were 19-years-old if asked. During their evening at the mansion, Huth said she had to use the restroom, so the then 37-year-old comedian led her to one. When she came out of the restroom, the suit claims that Cosby was sitting on a bed waiting for her.  “He asked her to sit beside him. He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent,” the documents read.

Although Huth is one of over a dozen women accusing Cosby of sexual abuse, she is the first to allege underage molestation.

Cosby’s lawyer, Marty Singer, who has sent several statements to HipHollywood over the past month, has not responded to the new allegations.
