Beyonce, Pharrell Williams, Jhene Aiko Nominated For A Grammy!

The first round of Grammy nominations have been announced and to no surprise, Beyonce, Pharrell Williams and Taylor Swift have all been nominated.

On Friday morning, Pharrell, who just received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, joined singer/producer Ed Sheeran to announce four categories for the 57th Annual Grammy Awards: Best Country Album, Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Urban Contemporary Album and Record of the Year.

Beyonce, who was nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album for her self-titled LP, is up against Pharrell’s Girl, Jhene Aiko’s Sail Out, Chris Brown’s X and Mali Music’s Mali Is.

Iggy Azalea, who just one an American Music Award, was nominated for record of the year. Her track “Fancy,” featuring Charli XCX is up against Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me,” Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off,” Maghan Trainor’s “All About That Bass” and Sia’s, “Chandelier.”

The rest of the Grammy nominations will be announced later today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Twitter and video posts. And for the album of the year nominees, tune in for A Very GRAMMY Christmas tonight at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
