Exclusive Details: Bill Cosby’s Lawyer Fed Up With New Sex Abuse Accusations

Bill Cosby’s lawyer is fed up with the ongoing rape accusations surrounding comedian, Bill Cosby.

“We are dealing with these people who are coming out of the woodwork with unsubstantiated or fabricated stories about our client,” Marty Singer told HipHollywood.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest actress, Louisa Moritz, is the ninth woman to come forward and accuse Cosby of sexual abuse. Moritz alleges that the 77-year-old tried to force his penis into her mouth 40 years ago while she was waiting in her dressing room to appear on the Tonight Show.

“The credibility of these stories is belied by the fact that Ms. Mortiz claims that she is now a practicing lawyer, according to official website and IMDB page,” Singer told us. “But she is actually prohibited from practicing law after she admitted violating Rules of Professional Conduct in her legal practice and was disciplined with public reproval by the State Bar to protect the public.”

Another alleged victim coming forward, Linda Joy Traitz, 63, who claims that Cosby tried to drug and sexually abused her decades ago. Traitz revealed on her Facebook page that the 77-year-old gave her alcohol and pills when she was 19-years-old working at Café Figaro in Los Angeles. She suggests in her account that Cosby was sexually aggressive and that he would not take no for an answer.

“He used to come in from time to time and one day he offered me a ride home … I accepted,” the statement read. “Instead, he drove out to the beach and opened a briefcase filled with assorted drugs and kept offering me pills ‘to relax,’ which I declined. He began to get sexually aggressive and wouldn’t take ‘No’ for an answer. I freaked out and demanded to be taken home. I never went after him for this and have no financial gain to put myself out there like this. I’m 63 years old now and felt compelled to speak out.”

According to Cosby’s lawyer, Traitz has quite the criminal record and that her claims are ridiculous.

“Ms. Traitz long criminal record for numerous offenses including charges for criminal fraud, possession of Oxycodone, cocaine possession, marijuana possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia, speaks for itself,” Singer told us in a statement.

Exclusive: The Bullet Scars That Will Forever Haunt Sheryl Lee Ralph’s Son, Etienne Maurice

Sheryl Lee Ralph shared a graphic photo on Instagram earlier this week of her son, Etienne Maurice, laying in a hospital bed bandaged up from bullet wounds. The purpose of the image was to be yet another voice calling to end gun violence.

On Wednesday, students across the country walked out of class to protest against gun violence, something that hit home for Ralph four years ago. “This mother wants #gunreform now! #guncontrol now,” she wrote.

It was during a night out in West Philadelphia that Ralph’s then 22-year-old child was robbed at gunpoint and shot three times; twice in the leg and one which grazed his forehead.

So as Ralph joined Wednesday’s national conversation about gun laws, HipHollywood talked exclusively with Etienne who shared exactly what went down the night a gun could have taken his life for good.

“I was shot four years ago, November 9 … I was black out drunk. The next thing I know I remember I woke up in the hospital, doctor said I had two bullet holes in my leg and a grazed bullet hole above my eyebrow.”

Maurice, who was robbed for his iPhone and his wallet, went on to tell us that this is something that he is reminded of constantly. “Having been shot is something that I carry with me every day. I still have numbness at the bottom of my leg from the nerve damage.”

And while he will always remember how he felt knowing his life almost ended, Etienne had a hard time fathoming how his famous mother felt. “We had the conversation about it last week and she said she peed on herself,” he told us.

For Maurice, he’s proud to see young children use their voices to make change. “There’s so many angles where we can talk about gun violence and how it’s effecting different communities,” he said. “Gun reform needs to take place now.”

Since that night, he hasn’t picked up a drink and has been now sober for four years. As for the suspects, a father-son duo, they are behind bars for attempted man slaughter.
