Snoop Dogg has invested his money in numerous products over the years but his latest investment is putting him next to some of the biggest venture capitalists in the game.
The D-O-Double-G has joined a group of elite investors in raising $50 million in funding for the popular viral news website Reddit. According to a blog post done by the Reddit team, the website plans to use the money to invest in optimizing their website (which is currently not too appealing to the eye) and their mobile capabilities as well as increase their staff size. The website currently brings in a whopping 133 million users a month and this is definitely a great investment for Snoop who will now technically own part of the website.
Other investors include Netscape co-founder Marc Andreessen, PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel and Oscar-winner Jared Leto.
