Phaedra Parks might not be holding any more of Apollo Nida’s secrets because The Real Housewives of Atalanta star is being forced to talk about her estranged husband’s illegal activities.
According to TMZ, the lawyers for author Angela Stanton will question Phaedra about Apollo’s crimes over the past several years. You might remember, Phaedra sued Stanton for defamation after the author accused she and Apollo for working with her in a “criminal enterprise.”
Parks has already testified in the case that eventually led to Nida’s eight year sentence, but when it came to answering questions specifically about her husband, she resisted. Now, per TMZ, a judge has ordered a second defamation so that Stanton’s lawyers can get the correct information to “mount a proper defense in the defamation case.”
As previously reported, Phaedra is legally preparing to end her marriage to Nida. Park’s rep told E! News that the reality star “has retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage.”
Last month, Apollo started his eight year sentence in Kentucky prison after being convicted of bank fraud.
