The club was definitely going “down on a Tuesday” last night in New York when OVO member, ILoveMakonnen was assaulted during a performance.

ILoveMakonnen was performing his hit song, “Tuesday” on stage at SOBs in NYC Tuesday night, when an angry audience member reached for his hand, pulled him to the ground, and began to repeatedly punch him.

Makonnen’s crew jumped in to stop the attack and chased the attacker away, but not before Makonnen took a couple of hits. Luckily, he was able to brush it off and continue to perform.

Makonnen took to Twitter today and tweeted about the hate he is experiencing.
