Chief Keef Confirms He Was Dropped From Interscope Records

Chief Keef confirmed via Twitter on Tuesday morning that he has been dropped from Interscope Records.

“Laughing because to me I been Dropped. mfs ain’t help me Pay no Mf Bills,” he tweeted. “Ain’t shit gone stop Jus gets Better and bigger!”

“Quietly…. I’m Finna Leak some Off B3 I was Tryna hold best for last but….100% of everything goes to me now. Jimmy it was cool splitting it with U But u gave yo spot up!”

Keith Cozart, the rapper’s legal name, also shared a text message conversation between he and a friend talking about the pros of working independently.

Keef signed with Interscope back in 2012 just months before the release of his debut studio album, Finally Rich.

Chris Graham Reveals Best Advice Cousin Drake Has Given Him

There’s a new member to the OVO Sound family. Drake’s Toronto-based label is expanding it’s roster, and this time the new addition is actually family.

Drizzy has signed his first cousin Christopher “Royalty” Graham to OVO.

If you couldn’t tell from the last name, the Memphis-bred rapper is actually blood-related. His father and Drake’s dad, Dennis Graham, are brothers, and it’s safe to say music definitely runs through their genes.

We caught up with the new signee, who now just goes by the stage name Chris Graham, at the 2017 American Music Award’s about his upcoming project, who’s a better singer him or Drake, and the best advice his big cousin has given him.
