Exclusive: Mila J On What It Takes To Date Her … & Trey Songz Fits the Bill



It’s been confirmed … Trey Songz and songstress Mila J are officially a couple.

There have been rumors swirling about the duo’s romance for months, but the two have finally gone public. According to E! News, the lovebirds were getting pretty cozy during a date night at the Compound Foundation’s Fostering a Legacy benefit in NYC last week. Per the news outlet, the couple showed some major PDA, which included kissing, snuggling and taking selfies.

During the event, Trey posted this adorable usie on Instagram of he and Mila all hugged up.

“She so fine,” he captioned the image.

During a recent interview with Mila, the songstress revealed to HipHollywood exclusively what it takes to date her. And based on her response, Trigga totally fits the bill. “It takes a secure man. You have to be really funny, I don’t like a person who takes himself too serious. As long as you’re taller than me. Somebody that’s fun and honest,” she said.

Songz, 29 and Mila,30 also recently collaborated on a song called”Disrespectful” off of Trey’s latest album, Trigga. “Trey and his people reached out to me when they were finishing his album and they were like ‘we have this record we felt you would be the perfect fit for,'” she told us. “So I came and heard the record and I loved it, the concept was different.”

She added, “It sounds so beautiful, yet it’s kind of tacky. Sometimes it’s like the show Scandal, you find yourself rooting for that bad situation … We’ve all done some disrespectful things in the past.”

In a moment of vulnerability, Snoop Dogg opened up to HH about how sometimes he gets a bit down, “I cry. I’m sad a lot,” the legendary rapper told us. Life’s “problems and issues” sometimes weigh on the 46-year-old, but thankfully, his new project, Bible Of Love helped to lift his spirits.

The double-disc album, 32-track, gospel album is the first of its kind from Snoop, and while not everyone is receptive, the Doggfather knows he’s fulfilling his purpose. “I stepped in the world (of gospel) to say, hold on, let me take my light … and put it on this gospel gang with some of the most extraordinary singers you’ve ever heard in your life,” Snoop stated.

And that he did!
